If you have decided to buy any kind of real-estate on Montenegro territory we will briefly introduce you with the procedure in which we will stay with you. The first step is your decision on type of real-estate you are intending to buy so we can offer you the photo gallery with all information about real-estates. The next step is visiting locations you are interested in; all of this is organized by our cars with the presence of the agent. When you make up your mind for desired real-estate we can make the sales agreement. In case your mother tongue differs we will provide translation in Russian or English language by authorized court interpreter. Contract will be made by authorized person in accordance to all legal provisions of Montenegro with clearly defined all rights and obligations for buyer and seller. After sales agreement is verified at judicial authorities comes property demise from seller on buyer. If you are buying you should submit the request for property demise at authorized institutions. This part is our responsibility and we can do it for you so you wouldn’t have to wait for several hours in administration queues. During this time you can occupy yourself in visiting Montenegro and its population as your new neighbors. At the end you will get proprietary sheet that is the Real-estate sheet which we can personally enclose to you or deliver on you address.
